Follow the lives, loves, and conflicts of the Hos, a wealthy Vietnamese-American family in Houston who have built a multimillion-dollar empire. In this unique and wildly entertaining new reality series, power struggles and family drama collide as Binh and Hue, immigrants who proudly achieved the American dream, attempt to control the lives of their adult children, Washington and Judy. Meanwhile, Washington and Judy find themselves under constant pressure to live up to their parents’ impossible expectations. Along with Washington’s wife Lesley, kooky Aunt Tina, and party girl Cousin Sammy, the Ho household is filled with love, laughter, and of course, designer handbags.

Wendy Nguyen of Wendy’s Lookbook will host a Q&A after the advanced screening with Judy Ho, Washington Ho, Lesley Ho, and Showrunner/Executive Producer Nick Lee to discuss the unique Ho family dynamic and their version of the American Dream from a Vietnamese-American perspective.

As 2020 finally winds down to a close, all of us here at GreatCo wish you the Happiest of Holidays! We will be taking a break for the rest of the year, and we hope that you all are able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. We know the current circumstances may prevent us from the usual gatherings with family and friends, but know that if we can tough it out for a little while longer, it will be for the greater good in beating this pandemic and ensuring that we will be able to gather safely again.

Below are a few of our favorite ways to tune in to enjoy a safe and peaceful rest of the year. We hope that you, too, can enjoy some of these activities as we welcome in the new year!
  • Gather with friends and family...virtually! More and more platforms are answering the call on how to make virtual gatherings more enjoyable. FrameVR.io and Gather.town are a couple of our favorites! In these platforms, you can create your own virtual spaces, customize your own avatars, and even have side conversations away from the main group. Let the virtual festivities begin!

  • Coloring! We all loved it as kids, and now studies show that coloring can be quite therapeutic and relaxing for adults. Check out some of these best adult coloring books as recommended by Oprah!

  • Want to be in a better headspace after all the stress of 2020? Headspace is our go-to app for guided meditation. Learn techniques to relieve stress and maintain a more consistent sense of well-being, all from just a few minutes a day!

  • Yum! One of the best things about the holidays is all of the yummy comfort foods we get to enjoy! Claire Saffitz's new Dessert Person book will have your taste buds zinging in no time. Also check out her mouth-watering YouTube videos below!

  • Last but not least, learning at home has no doubt been a key ingredient of 2020. May we recommend a couple books from our sister company, NextChapter Post, that would be the perfect reading and learning material for all you aspiring artists? What better way to learn about an artistic process than to study the behind-the-scenes journeys of iconic artists! The latest books, Mudpie and Wingman are available now at NextChapterPost.com!
